Don't get cocky. Workout habits take time to stick.

You lose a lot of weight when you start "dieting" and working out. You'll eventually plateau.. Better off just eating healthy if you wanna be "skinny" you'll have to be in a caloric deficit but only by 200 calories as a deficit a week max otherwise your body will adjust to that low intake and let's face it you'll eventually break lol. Also when you say skinny you mean "ripped?" A lot of people think oh I wanna go to the gym to be ripped and I'll only eat salads blah blah. Well, you need to have muscles to get "ripped" from my experience I would do a basic strength training program that 3-4x a week and if you want add some light cardio in between days while maintaining a healthy diet - perhaps have 1-200 calories surplus to feed your muscles. A lot of people say wait I don't want get "huge" don't worry you won't you'll gain a nice amount of muscle overtime and strength then once achieved you can go in a caloric deficit to remove any fat you managed to accumulate which will happen but it's not that big of a deal. On the other hand if you just wanna be thin then yeah do wtvr you do and just be in a caloric deficit but remember only 200 calories a week max not more. But that's just my 2 pennies, I've tried everything and the method I recommended worked best for me. I followed candito training Basic strength program - very simple and made lots of glorious gains. Good luck 🎉

If 5 pounds happened in 2 days... I hate to break it to ya but that's just pure bloat.

Yes, it is the "secret". Keep up the good work for the rest of your life and you'll be more likely to be mentally and physically well.

I stopped going to the gym about two months ago and noticed a quick 5lb loss. I'm relatively certain it was straight up muscle mass. 😫

Do you even lift, bro?

like

Uh obviously?

The secret is watching your diet and how much sugar, carbs and overall calories you are consuming on a daily basis. Let me ask you, are you trying to lose weight or get rid of fat or both?

Or that's water weight 😂😂😂

That's bullshit

It means ICOs are no longer open to anyone. You have to be a certified investor with the SEC. This is why Filecoin is conducting their ICO with CoinList instead of on their own. CoinList ensures their ICO is only open to certified Wall Street investors and makes sure FileCoin's ICO is treated as a normal IPO.

Granted please correct me because IPO investing is something I don't know a ton about.
