Hi folks, what should be the average salary of Order to Cash executive with 9+ years of experience? I have a job interview this week and my Current salary is 5 lac fixed and around 2 lacs incentive per year. Is it okay if I ask for 10 LPA?

I went for 3 interviews with a company met with vp and was given package thinking I aced interview there was another candidate 😞 the other person for the job. The VP calls me to tell me I didn’t get position however he wants me to re apply in new year that something else will be open, and that he wanted to keep a copy of my resume what does this mean ? Should I apply again in new year or don’t bother ?

I like to look at pros and cons. Pros of the Prison my boss recognizes my hard work, I have great pay, and a great schedule. I’m a Junior product manager with a Master’s in Healthcare Management. I feel like the current company that I am at has my title as JPM, but I am doing PM work i.e creating product roadmaps, collaborating across stakeholders (business, marketing, design teams), creating user stories/features, etc. and I feel like my work isn’t being valued and I’m constantly being micromanaged by business teams expectations.
