I’m in a super similar boat as you. I was an lpn though and I feel like that might be causing role confusion in many of my applications and so far two job roles. I did do the “indeed review” for I think like $20 and they tell you some changes to make to your resume to try to tailor to the job you want. I’ve definitely gotten more calls back but nothing close to what I was hoping for. Just here to say you’re not alone !
Thank you! I did the recommended corrections for my resume and changed up my LinkedIn profile from my school’s career counselor, but I’m still not getting much of a difference. I’ve been watching YouTube videos on how to get a job after getting this degree and almost all of them recommend getting a position as a receptionist and moving up, but already work as a split role doing CMA and front office… I did my degree to break out of those roles, it’s been very disheartening. I’m sorry it’s been the same for you too.
I think it was more to get your foot in the door of the healthcare industry. I use excel daily. What PMP certifications would you recommend?
