I’ve worked for a medical consultant company in Houston the last two years doing various things from billing to patient care to even doing medical records request. I have been looking for a job preferably where I can put my masters in healthcare administration to use but most of the jobs I went to apply for I qualify for everything but the management and supervisory years.

Working in a large health system as a quality professional WFH. I rarely see anyone else on my team, and when I do present findings I see no changes happening. Maybe they’re happening and I just don’t have a role in that oversight but the motivation to keep going is whittling down to nothing. Seeking ideas for boosting morale in an office. What activities or rituals do you implement that are appreciated by your staff? We do lunch almost once a month and even that feels forced. Some staff don’t interact with others because they are just introverted (not for any other reason). The team seems to open up when we play ice breaker questions but I’m losing my creativity with interesting questions. Looking for more ideas.
