Infosys vs tcs for job Security?
Hi. I'm a final year btech student, and I recently got an offer from PwC India for the post of Sr. Analyst, with the package of 4.5lpa fixed + some yearly performance bonus. How should I expect me to be my career graph in pwc? Promotions, work culture, work life balance, basically any kind of insight will be appreciated.
THANKS A TON, IN ADVANCE.

More similar than different. I think differences will mostly come down to general cultural differences between the two countries, but overall ways of working are likely similar.
At my firm, I think the caliber of new hire talent is slightly higher in the UK, due to the higher applicant to open position ratio in London. US firms have more offices and hire more applicants.
Again, at my firm only, the US teams had more power distance between partners and junior consultants, which surprised me a little.
Agree on more power distance comment. Just generally more hierarchical in the US. Less client-facing time for juniors.
Attire at my UK MBB = ubiquitous white sneakers and outfits that go with them

IMO, attire is driven a lot l by what the client follows and the industry they're part of. And I'd expect this to be pretty consistent across the UK and the US...unless I'm completely off track?
Also keen to know, do the T1 consulting firms also foster a "dress for your day" culture?
Same. Just ask around / pay attention. Seems that for internal calls, anything goes. Client facing calls is at least presentable.

OP are you doing a transfer to the UK firm from the US firm?
