I understand they deduct tax, but I feel it is too much. IDK where I'm losing the money. Can someone tell if this is normal. I'm a fresher so, IDK much about it.
Also, what can I do to pay less taxes? Any help on that?

I have been reading a few articles talking about how FAANG isn’t as lavish as it used to be. My first question is if that is true? If it is true, my second question is what companies out there have the pay, benefits, and perks like FAANG? My last question is if it is as difficult to get into those companies? Program Managers in my team are required to have a PMP and encouraged to sit for the PgMP. Each of these certifications come with a 5% increase.
I just got my PMP(June 2022) and CSM(Apr 2022). Majority of the Project Manager jobs I see require PMP or they say PMP is desired but not required. Also seeing a lot of agile/scrum certs as requirements as well either SAFe or CSM. No luck yet for me on new job, so can’t answer your 2nd question.
Yeah. I’m currently a Program Manager and I’m wondering if it’s even worth the time, effort, costs to get the certifications.
Worth it, especially CSM & Safe. safe is now popular.
I have had my PMP for over 10 years, my CSM for 4 and while I had safe training I have yet to sit for the test. They are all different but they have all made me grow and be better at my job. CSM is really easy to get so if you don’t have any I would recommend starting there. Next I would do Safe. The PMP is really hard and I would recommend taking a class and then study prior to taking.
