YOE-7+ years
Tech - Java +React js

1) SAP labs -28.3 LPA fix --BLR
2-NICE System-30.84 LPA fix -- PUNE
3)OPTUM- 28.5 LPA fix-- GURGAON
4-Maersk-29.43 LPA fix-- BLR
5-BNY- 31.5 LPA fix--PUNE
6-Morgan Stanley- Still pending
7-Citi- 31 LPA fix-- PUNE

I am confused now as all of them are having only 1-2 lakh of difference.

Which one should I go for?

1. Oracle - 18.3 LPA fixed + probable bonus (I may or may not get)
2. Amadeus - 18 fixed + 1.5 variable.

Amadeus is also giving joining bonus of 75k. Amadeus is paying more, may give better hikes too, but I am finding it hard to let go off Oracle's brand name on my resume even if it's means around 2L less over an year. I am planning to work for atleast 3 years in my next company.

What would you have done in my place? Should I go for Oracle or Amadeus?

Hello there. I have been interviewing with Okta and got through all 5 rounds of interviews. They say they want to offer me the job but there is a global freeze for all marketing roles at the company. Working at a Digital Marketing Agency based out of Cochin with presence in USA & Canada, we cater to clients from India, US, UK, EU.
I'm the main POC for our largest client in India in FMCG, and it's our 4th year without a challenge. I'm one step below CXos of the company and two others are in the same level as me. We have a couple of junior execs. I make 53.8k per month now, I wanted to know if I'm getting underpaid or this is the best salary I can expect elsewhere in the region.

Does BNY Mellon not give anything in writing about the bonus that gets paid once a year?My cousin is negotiating an offer and they are only talking abt the fixed amount that will come on the offer letter and are assuring that the bonus will be paid out at the end of each year.

Have three offers from Shell, BP and Airbus for IT service delivery role.

BP: 23 Lpa + 1L joining bonus with 1 year lock in ( location : pune)
Airbus: 26lpa + 5 L joining bonus with 3 year lock in( location : bangalore)
Shell: 26 lpa ( final offer being rolled out)location : bangalore

Please advice which company would have a good growth story and work life balance....

Airbus looks attractive but have heard some very harsh reviews on work life balance.

14 fixed + 1 jb
