Hi Friends I need your advise. Currently I'm working in Capgemini at CTC 4 lpa with 1.5 yrs of experience and now I got offer letter from TCS with CTC 411000 rs. ( With no hike ) as you can see. So what should I do
1. Should I leave Capgemini just because I have some location issue in this or just because I'm getting desired loc in TCS i should join TCS.
2. Should I wait for six months more to complete my 2 yrs in my present company anyhow.

I got an offer with TCS and initially selected joining date as Jan 2.. but current org released me in 1 month instead of 3 months.. I asked TCS HR and others for early Onboarding but they didn't respond well..

In ibegin the date of joining is showing as dec4th sunday. Actual date of joining is 5th December (Monday) anyone know why it is showing like this .
