Without looking, I was recently offered a role at another company for about 30% more salary and 10x the amount of stock options, but I have only been at my current employer for less than a year and feel really guilty about leaving so soon into my tenure. My current employer might match salary, but there's no chance the options get matched. I'm wondering if I should take the new position, even after less than a year at my company?
