I have tried creating a candidate home account but my account already exists and then login within the old account nothing is under the task section after logging into the workday portal. Is there any advantage to telling a company you are interested in working for in the future where you decided to accept an offer from? Or does it not matter? I accepted an offer a week ago with a great company (Company A) that for this season in my life seems like a great fit and only strengthens what I have to offer company B down the road. Company B just sent me a request for interview and I want to keep the door open with Company B but they were just very late in extending an interview.

Once you get into a FAANG company, is it better to stay where you are or move around? I’m a dissatisfied with my current job but I have vesting stocks, work 9-5, and people to know and respect me. Would you try to cash out refi and buy an investment property now; cash out and rent out your current place and buy a new primary or sell your current place and try to get buy a small investment and a new primary?
