Hi Guys, Did anyone join Infosys after leaving EY GDS?

If yes, what is your observation on business and consulting opportunities in Infosys with recent business and management decisions(like AI, 70 hrs working, RTO...)

I am currently working in TC in EY GDS with 5yoe, and in middle of taking a decision whether to leave GDS and join Infosys or not?

So fed up with my practice and not looking to stick around for typical below-market compensation in October.

Which big 4 firms or MM have the best FDD comp. so far? Excl. A&M (I know their comp., over half our practice has quit to go there lol)

Hey Guys, Currently I am having 16.12 lac pa in current organization and 5% Bonus So total comes around 16.93lac pa. Nagarro is asking me to rejoin at 20 lac pa (5% Project bonus included).
When I left Nagarro around 2 years back my fixed there was 11.50. Shall I consider this offer of Nagarro. Reason I want to change the job is because I don't have code based automation in my current organization and I have been an SDET in my whole experience.

I got offer Letter from infosys 2.5 months back, now when I am trying to decline the offer by sending a mail to HR, it was not getting delivered as HR left the organisation 1 month back, I forwarded mail to feedback team of infosys but still got the mail from onboarding team with joining details and WebEx link, kindly suggest how to proceed in this case.
