If you were to launch a new product campaign for a beverage in Feb/March, would you focus on spring/summer imagery or more oils that feel too premature? What cultural/timing things would you take into consideration?

I had 21 as fixed and 3 variable. Good salary for my experience. But then came covid and now I'm at 48 fixed salary.
Thanks to covid I was able to achieve this salary at just 7 yoe. When I joined the industry my manager at 10+ experience was earning 10-12 lakhs.

How am I expected to bill 1900 hours when I only have 8 cases and when I ask for work no one responds. I even asked the partner in person for work and he said he was slow and didn’t have anything for me.This month I’ve only billed 80 hrs. Its making me anxious because I don’t want to get fired for low hours but also I’m a first year so will they have some mercy on me? Lol

Investing: UK based couple, post-tax monthly income £5.5k, 8month emergency pot set, no debt, £10k in other savings, no children or plan to have, early 30s. We set aside £2-£2.5k per month for house deposit and plan to buy a house in the next 3 years. Should we look at investing small amounts per month (£300) or save everything for a house? If we are to invest, then in what? Neither of us have any experience with that. Share your knowledge 🐠

I am on my way to my HIIT class.

I've recently got an offer for 60k yearly in Hamburg. They're sponsoring relocation for myself and wife as well and 3 month stay.
Currently placed at 20 lpa with 7 years of exp and wife at 12 lpa.
And before moving she would have to put down the papers and search for job there afresh.
I'm also having offer for 30+ lpa in India.
Would it be a wise decision to move there. Would I be able to save enough and enjoy as well?
