I have also recently cleared all interview rounds in TCS & HR Shared 'Salary Breakup'. Still, my status in the iBegin portal is not changing from 'Evaluation in Progress' to 'Evaluated' & so on, even after uploading all required documents. They had initiated the process 2 times, 1st on 16th Nov and 2nd on 24th. Please let me know, how long it will take to release the final offer letter. Thanks

Hello Fishes, Our project management asked us to return the assets by Oct 1st. They are forcing us to pick any upcoming Saturday's to return the assets, that to we need to report the office by 10 am to return the system. Does this "return to pick up" option in Ultimatix still works or we need to go to office only to return the system.? Tata Consultancy

One of my hires went from 60 to 200 in 5 years. He’s amazing.
It took me 8 years. Tech market has heated up significantly though.
Deeply technical roles. DC area.
Went from $17k to $200k in two years- moved from India to US and got a Harvard MBA lol
3 years pre-MBA $75k -> 2 years MBA -> 1 year post-MBA $200k

Associate —> Senior direct promote, no MBA
SA gets it - though I believe McK has an even faster track for top top performers and Bain might even be a little slower.
12 years (god it hurts to type that out)
Whole life to get to 75k, 200 nowhere on the horizon.
No shame at all. I’m way older than most here and nowhere close to $200k.

Welp I meant this is as a joke like “wow how do I go from $75 to $200” but I’m now about to sign an offer for $120 so maybe in two more years I’ll get that $200 lmao
6 years to get to 75k, 3 years to get to 200k
I’m about to go from 72k to 120k in 2 years so hopefully I’ll get there in 2 more lmao

On track for 4 years
4 years to get to 75k and another 4 to get to 200.
First 6 years in another country and different service line, joined EY-Parthenon last year to hit $200.
4 to get to 75, on track for 2 for 200.
5 years ? This was basically my pre MBA salary (I was at 85K) to 1-2 years post MBA (I did my MBA part time).
