Hi guys, Hearing so many negative feedbacks about most of the companies people they work, is there any company with good feedbacks in IT industry?

Every company will have its own pros and cons. You have decide for yourself which cons you can live with factoring the pros.
For eg in HCL pro is you can expect work life balance to some extent , but you will not get any or 2-3% raise annually.
Whereas in Deloitte you’ll have lot of work but you’ll get raise above market standards.
Deloitte India doesn't give much Hike, Deloitte USI gives that also 10% on avg.
I just withdrew my offer from Deloitte India, after reasearch
