What is average salary for P4 in LTI ?

Looking to move into HRIS/Payroll consulting in Big4. Any idea what level I should be at & the base salary? I’ve got 10+ yrs ADP, UKG, Sage Implementation experience.

Current CTC 20 fixed. YoE 11.
An offer HSBC is in pipeline ( 28 fixed as per Recruitment consultant). Position offered is Senior consultant specialist.
However I know that there is scope of pushing the offer till 36. Any inputs on getting the offer to desired figure would be helpful.

Hey fishes. I have been offered Management Consultant role with CTC break up in terms of JB, RB, fixed and variable. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? Also, will claimable components like LTA, mobile bill reimbursement etc. be in addition to this fixed component or will they be included in it?

During my interview process I clearly stated my salary expectations of 95k-105k. They came back with an offer at 80k. Honestly I don't know much about Teksystems, other than what I've read in Glassdoor. I liked their interview process though.

Which role offers the best exit options? All the offers from US support teams of the companies.
OS role offers better than the other two (only slightly), but I am interested in a good profile
