Tech Learning is good. But there are tens or hundreds of different projects, so it would certainly vary person to person. That said, I do see a pattern of people not wanting to work even though they may be getting good tech stack to work on.

At lower compensation, it is very common to get 100% hike too (even more than that for some). Everything depends on current CTC.

Hi Everybody,
I'm currently working as an outsource in Rapid Metro as Technical Assistant/Civil. I earned a Master degree in Water Resource Engineer after B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Due to Covid 19 I took job back in Civil sector even though I have a masters degree in WRE. It's been almost 6 months of constant applying and rejection and still I'm nowhere close to a job in my dream branch which is the Water sector.Im hopeful that through this portal I may find an entry level position in water

I currently work at a medium sized firm and have about two years experience in personal injury litigation. The billable hours and lack of work life balance are really getting to me and I am looking to switch to something else out of litigation, preferably in house.
