I am currently in PIP in Big4 (Del. US). Its going to be over in 3 weeks. Can someone tell, if the PIP is unsuccessful, and then if asked to resign, how many days are given for the last working official day, and also, if we leave that time as asked to resign, are we given notice period amount, as as per my convo with manager, when asked to resign, they release immidiately.

Want to confirm if we get the severance, or if i resign before, then am i eligible for notice period. Advice ps

Does anyone know how it works if you have an Interview with someone who knows your current seniors in the team? Is there a policy where they can’t mention anything or does that not really exist?

How do you come up with your labs to make sure they are aligned with the unit.? I feel like I am doing well on EOC scores but I feel like my class is a drag because we just drill concepts and the labs are not making the connections I’d like between the lesson and the activity. It becomes them just following my instruction and not much scientific processing or troubleshooting to come up with the conclusion. I want to make scientist not just students that pass the EOC.
