Mainly below goals
1. 98% billing compliance - that means no leaves for entire year.
2. 4 - E2/E3 and 3 trainings to conduct and 1 external certification to be completed in next 6months .

Note I am working as lead / senior dev need to maintain my vdi hours as well for 8hrs per day.

How to handle or get released from this project / account .

Joined LTI recently in P3 band. However not allocated any project. Got a call from the resource management team to relocate, which I rejected upfront as I was promised a role in the location I am posted. It has been over 2 weeks since I am in bench.
