I have 3.9 years of experience in Sap Abap and had salary discussion with Capgemini HR on 23 April.
My current fix is 8 lpa and i have demanded fix 14 lpa .
But I haven't received offer letter yet ,she said that they are also waiting for approval from BU.
Does Capgemini takes this much time for approvals?
she was okay with 13 lpa as fix but i had demanded 14 fix & she said that she sending it for approval but it may also get rejected.
So do they say it just to lower the expected fix?

Without thinking it through I signed up for two cards at the same time I need to spend 8k in three months which is fine but any way to track my second against promotion vs actually loooimg st my state

After technical rounds, HR asked me to submit the documents and BGC related forms. I sent the all documents, it's been one week and no call back. Usually how much time they will take ?

For those in big 4, how much time between accepting an offer and start date have you been able to ask for? Is a month feasible/how should one phrase it? Two weeks just doesn’t feel like enough with this heavy burnout/having to wrap up deals at old firm

When you recruiters say at the end of a 15 min call.
“I will get back to you by the end of this week” does that really mean “your not right for this position”? Because this whole thing is a waste of time. I’ve did these calls with 3 recruiters and is yet to hear back from someone. Today would be the 4th recruiter that I’ve spoken to. Does this practice annoy you guys just as much as it does us? I cleared technical round and during final call with HR, my salary expectations were higher as per HR.

My current CTC is 9lpa, skill-IAM and Java, YOE-3. I asked for 14lpa, best they could give was 11lpa. I know I asked a lot.

She didn't care to negotiate and cut my call and now they put my candidature on hold. Can I expect call back? Or i can consider myself rejected?

2-after that interview went very well
3 - hr discussion with salary , ready to initiate my offer in 2 hr
But she called me in a minute on Friday and told me that you need to give the test again.


After 3 days on monday -today
Someone called me from hr and told me you have to appear for all the things again.
