Hi guys, I have 3+ years of experience in Java Microservices and am currently working at Persistent Systems. I got an offer from HashedIn (Deloitte USI) - ₹10.5 LPA (₹9L fixed). My current CTC is ₹6.5L. While the hike is ~58%, the fixed hike is ~35%, which feels a bit low. I haven't resigned yet and may wait 2-3 months for a better offer. Is it worth joining? Will it limit future hikes? Should I hold out for a 12-14 LPA offer from other org? Appreciate any advice in comments 🙏🏻

So, recently got put on a PIP after six months at my new job., two days after I told my boss and HR I recently learned I have a cognitive disability caused by an illness. The PIP was mostly because I forgot some deadlines, but also they said I need to be more professional in emails (even though others use zero punctuation and a lot of emojis.
