Can anyone relate? If I’m stressed out, I can’t focus on my tasks because my productivity is driven by creative and explorative thought. When I’m stressed or anxious, my mind doesn’t have the room or space to think freely to get things done, and I end up bouncing around different tasks not getting anything done. And then there’s the whole dopamine addiction issue with doing a small amount of work then hopping on social media because you feel like you need the reward. Just me?

Husband and I have been TTC for almost a year. His semen analysis came back all normal with the exception of morphology at 1% (Kruger Strict criteria). I’ve had a bad case of work anxiety ever since I started a new job ~7 months ago. The adjustment was ROUGH. I was making mistake after mistake. I powered through and somehow got glowing reviews at year end, with people saying I’ve moved past that point.

Hi guys currently I'm working in a project with very stringent timelines. Sometimes we need to put more than 13-14 hrs each day. There are 4 members in my team. Two are involved in database prt and me and my lead are involved in the front end and middle layer prt. Somehow my lead is not at all pleased with my work. And even if I try to talk to him for something he is completely rude. Sometimes it makes me that I m completely useless. Even the other team members are following the lead

Should I start by building a network in my home country and ask them if they can put me in touch with someone in my target location?
