I'm confused about which one to choose. I'm looking for Career growth, Learning, Good hikes, and better WLB. Please help me out with your experiences.

Tips for bankruptcy associates who eventually want to move in-house? 3rd year associate in bankruptcy/restructuring group doing mainly bk lit but a few deals too. Need to stay in BL for at least another year for the money, but eventually want to move in-house.
