How is SAP SDC for SAP Consultants?
I have offers from CG, IBM & SAP India. So, please suggest which will be better to join.
PS- IBM is paying100% more than my current organisation.
SAP has not released my offer yet but I had an interview with VP and he said he is impressed with me and will release the offer letter soon but they have not negotiated for my salary. But he was saying if he will give me less than IBM then will I join the SAP or not? I assumed this is a trick ques., btw, I said yes

Seeking suggestions for learning Alteryx from scratch

I'm working as Java backend developer having 3 YOE, can anyone help me choose which is good considering all factors.
1. Kpmg LightHouse (data analytics). 11.5lpa, no probation.
2. EY (client is morgan Stanley) 11.5 lpa, 50k joining bonus, common probation of 6 months.

Today a pwc India guy offered me 10.2 lpa. My current is 10 and i have an offer of 15lpa. His logic was we are big4. We cannot compare the offers from service based companies. I don't know how such attitude will survive in such a competitive market. He tells me that pwc has a great wlb😂
