What are some good practices during the sales phase of a potential project to execute before the contract is signed? Seems obvious but would love some ideas on standard operating procedures that help with seamlessly handing over a signed contract to the account team. My DoJ in the new co. is next monday. As I got a much better offer, I was about to turn down the previous offer and today, I have received the laptop from the firm I am supposed to join next week. How can I politely reject the offer now? Is it even possible?
