I know that the economy is troublesome and it is causing mental health issues- is anyone else afraid of social distancing being lifted too soon?

In Ohio, I have been pretty impressed with Governor DeWine's management of the COVID-19 situation. I'm hopeful it will continue.

I feel like Georgia has mishandled this from jump- I am nervous to see about their outcomes.

Massachusetts handled it well but everyone else I've talked to is completely done with social distancing... some because "they let people protest"... not sure how that affects their personal decision of whether to wear a mask. Also it's illegal to prevent freedom of assembly. Hoping summer magically kills the virus for awhile I guess

Absolutely. Arizona, TX, and other states show it's far too soon. The virus doesn't care about our economy, and doesn't have an opinion on whether or not it's too soon to come out of SIP

Tomorrow they are requiring masks again and I was almost in tears when I found out. We have been mask free (recommended) since June and I feel like we are being muzzled again. I am vaccinated, frustrated, and have been off of antidepressants since March. I don’t even want to go into work tomorrow. Anything is better than being virtual and I am trying to look at the bright side, but moving backward still burns. We have parent-teacher conferences coming up and I am hoping that it’s temporary.

I left my old job the end of January (due to compensation) and hate my new job. I don’t sleep and am constantly stressed. I have been interviewing since May, but I can’t seem to find a good fit that has an insurance Plan that fits my needs. I am thinking about reaching out to my old job (very small and tight knit) to see if there’s a position available for me still. They told me there would be when I left…what is the best way to go about this?
