Currently Working in HCLTech having 28.5 LPA and Hybrid Mode of Working not compulsory to go to office.
Wanted to know few things before accepting the offer from TCS.
1. How it is different from HCLTech in terms of WLB and Job Security?
2. How's the work policy for the TCS Bangalore Whitefield Location?
3. Is there any time bound for WFO?

Epf i am sure i need to give yes. But what do i need to give for Eps? I am aware that wipro contributed 8.33% of pf to eps. Can i transfer that too?
