Not possible, you may ask your previous Manager of wipro to send an e-mail to you with all Employment details from his wipro mail id, if you have good terms with him.
What about in other MNCs ,do they share letter containing roles and responsibilities? Like infosys , accenture ,tcs , cognizant or your firm ITC?

I have received an offer from Wipro for the position of Senior Software Engineer at their Bangalore location. I have around 7 years of experience in .NET development. Currently, my CTC is 10 LPA, and Wipro has offered me 14 LPA. I also have another offer of 16 LPA from a different company. My last working day in the current organization is 29th September.
Considering my skills and experience, what would be an appropriate counter-offer to request?
First you should compare both companies.
Wipro has a strict 90 days bench policy. On 91th day you will face termination.
If you are sure about your project in wipro and completed client interview, only then proceed with wipro. Or discuss with manager, you have to become billable within 90 days of joining wipro.
May i know the name of second company from which you got an offer,?
This is very strange.
If they are not providing experience letter, then what kind of letters they are providing, could you please share it by blurring your and company details . I just want to check the format of the letter.
