I can’t believe some of the advice on here... go be with your family when they need you. What’s the point of being employed in the US if you can’t support them when they need you?
Worst case scenario is that you will lose out on 5 months of employment and you go back in January as a student. This isn’t going to impact the trajectory of your career, especially early on.
That being said, you can still travel as long as you have a valid visa stamp + OPT i20.
You are good . My friends just came back last week . The real challenge might be the uncertainty around India’s policy on international flights

Such a hard situation. Technically, per the EO, you should be fine to travel and come back in as you were in the US at 6/24 AND you have a valid visa.
Check with your immigration team. You should be good though since you do not need any visits to consulate
