Hi there, I’ve been told that Deloitte (London, UK) is going to make me an offer but haven’t heard back and it’s been over two weeks. The recruiter mentioned it would be around the “m2 grade”. Any idea what this pay range is? … I have 3 YOE working in NHS finance and have applied for a position in Risk Advisory, public sector. Curious what life at Deloitte is like? Wanted to highlight Prudential Financial’s hiring practices. They rescinded my offer once I attempted to negotiate the salary. The official reason given was that I didn’t “sound excited enough”.
They then admittedly gave the offer to someone who was less qualified. There were other red flags throughout the job offer process that the HR team should overall be ashamed of.
Hello Fishes, I have cleared both Technical and Manager rounds in Infosys. I have total experience of 3 years and relevant experience of 2.9 years in Java Full stack development. Currently holding an offer of 13LPA and ctc is 7.8 LPA.
Please help me regarding how much ctc I can expect/ask from Infy?

Dont compare just your ctc with others and switch.
Think about your financial situation, financial goals etc. Your requirement of wlb might differ from others. Even if you switch to another company will you still have the same thought that your ctc is not enough ?
I am not suggesting you not to switch just that you should consider other factors that are specific to you and not just ctc
Yes I have thought about the same.
Things are pretty good, it's just the comparison of compensation .
