I heard about an unusual leave policy, like no single-day sick leaves and a sandwich leave policy (counts weekends if Friday and Monday are leave). Is that correct? how do employees maintain work-life balance? How about the project availabilities ? They are currently recruiting many senior people, but is the company really growing? Please give your insight. I just got an offer and need to decide to join or not.

My ASM is lazy and is incapable of doing the easiest basic tasks with recruitment. She receives all my end of day updates, is cc’d on all emails, makes me fill out 5 repetitive excel/smart sheet, and joins all my meetings but she still wants to call having me 5x daily about updates. I’m always the one to go to if other recruiters fail to meet client deadlines and cleaning up recruiters mistakes. How do I even handle this to begin with?

Going to a new firm and bringing a client or two with deadlines before I leave — can I do the work now but bill the time later at my new firm as long as I don’t double bill at my current firm?

Currently working at Citi (C10). Would be completing 18months by Feb'23.

1-Can I directly apply for IJP 2-3 week's prior or do I need to serve notice in my current project?
2- Also can I apply directly for C12 level if required YOE is matching?
3- Within IJP can I apply for outside India?
