I was interviewed by KPMG few days back for Cyber Security the interview was good and they explained me that there would be 2 more rounds and a case study and also what they do on this domain and if am comfortable relocating. Since then it has been a week I have heard from them are there any chances they gonna revert and how long generally is the interview period..TIA

I interviewed with capgemini for SAP ABAP role and my YOE is 4 years. Just 2 hours after my interview, I got a call from someone at Capgemini saying that I am selected.
They just asked my notice period and current location.I asked them, what is the next round going to be and they said that it is going to be salary discussion. But till now, no one has reached out to me.
Does it mean they got another candidate for same job?
If they get back to me, how much should I ask?

Are there any online courses or resources that can help expand my knowledge of TV copyright information and anything more on the legal side of things? How hard is a career pivot from digital advertising to a product manager or even developer? I’m learning python 🐍 and at the point where I’m working on a pretty advanced project. I think having technical skills in combination with digital marketing can increase my net worth in the long run .

Do companies sometimes offer "gifts of appreciation" if you're not selected for a merit increase? My manager randomly called me to let me know I was chosen for the "gift" this year bc of my "hard work & dedication", except now I'm learning other colleagues are receiving actual merits.
