The salaries are much less.
Salaries are smaller but I think here you pay less things on the side vs. USA. No need for private health care and rents are (for now) cheaper.
I disagree with the comment about smaller projects, London is often a hub for Global / Europe so still a lot of high-level thinking.
Being in Europe, WLB tends to be better so work tends to finish early vs NY.
And for strategy, it's also usually more rigorous and interesting IMO.
Hit me up if you have more Qs, I've also moved here so I could live in Europe, well worth it.
Good luck OP!
Do you have British citizenship? If not getting a work visa is a giant pain in the ass, you’ll need an offer from a company willing to sponsor
thank you !! appreciate the intel! will look into this!
Yep, that’s pretty much the only thing I know. If you have any more insights, please share!
Want to explore life in Europe :) been in NYC for 12 years, ready for something new.

The UK is much more focused on effectiveness.
I'd say stay in the US. The salaries here are ridiculously low compared to back home and with the cost of living increasingly getting out of hand- it's hard to make it justifiable. The sponsorship process is long and arduous and the market is very hard right now, you need to land a job, then go through a long drawn (often 6 weeks+ process) for application, sign a bond etc.
