1. Is LTA, as stated in offer, claimable monthly or by year end? What if i do not claim it?
2. Also pls let me know about telecommunication expenses - will i get them if i dont claim them separately, as it forms part of offer? Or is it mandatory to claim via bill etc?

To clear few misconceptions
1. Global projects are available here
2. They've started mentioning Bonus, Gratuity amount etc in offer letter
3. Work life balance depends on Project and managers you work with
4. Inside opportunities if you're the creamy layer
5. PF amount in offer letter is the total deduction and not just company's contri

Hey fishes. I have been offered Management Consultant role with CTC break up in terms of JB, RB, fixed and variable. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? Also, will claimable components like LTA, mobile bill reimbursement etc. be in addition to this fixed component or will they be included in it?

I regret choosing Deloitte India over USI, salary is same but i liked the clarity of my leadership team, which is still the same they are awesome, but USI people are getting many benefits, on time Hikes and appraisals, but i don't get all of those, which is kinda depressing.
