Round 1: HR round. cleared.

Round 2: Hiring manager round. Went well.

After 2 weeks they said Role no longer available. It was L5 supply chain role. This happened in April. Can I apply again in Amazon? I tried to renegotiate with one of a reputed firm after accepting the offer letter due to the CTC that they offered is 30% less than avg pay for the same role and experience and in return HR said that due to I discussed my CTC with my friends HR team can take compliance issue and they can revoke the given offer. Will they withdraw my offer letter due to this renegotiation and discussing CTC with friends. What will be the impact of this. I am really worried now

My experience is 2 years and current package is 4.35 lpa. I have received 2 offers:
Amdocs : 7 lpa fixed
TCS : 7.5 lpa fixed
I want to try for counter offer. Any ideas on how should I approach for counter.

Ps. I'm sure that TCS would not be paying more than that. Because after negotiating alot they agreed for 7.5 lpa.

I joined as a fresher and have been working at Cognizant for the past 4.5 yrs in Prod Support. Every year I have received rating 3 or 4 equiv. Last year I've worked my ass off and helped my project with some critical issues. Received a rating of 3 (expected 5). My manager's comments in YEA are also great with no areas of improvements. But the ratings dont reflect that. Needless to say I am properly disheartened by this and am considering resigning but have no offers.
Suggestions?
