Hi guys, in my full and final settlement Infosys encash only 27 leaves but I had 28. So I asked them they told me 1 leave is reversed because I have not served full quater. My LWD was 13 of December. Anyone face the same scenario please tell. And what is the exact formula for leave encashment.

I accepted a new job, they said PTO was “generous.” I find out it’s 19 days a year of PTO (which includes sick days). I have two young children and we like to vacation 1-2x a year (no more than a few days away each time). Am I crazy that this is pretty limited time off? 8 of the normal holidays off during the year (working the week between Christmas and NYE). Thoughts? I dont know if lack of PTO is a good reason to back out, is it?

Have given interview for JP morgan And completed 3 technical rounds almost 5-6 hours i spent. Now they say profile is on hold And when selected HR will get back to me.
