I am wondering what am I missing in my resume that I am only finding the jobs no one else wants. I started a new role this past April and not do in love with the new management implemented after I began. I would like to leave quietly, but for more money and better benefits.

Cut the intro and the skills section. Move the experience section to the top. Blend your skills and your story into the experiences in your current/previous roles. Use active verbs and short descriptions that demonstrate your skills.

Excellent feedback!

Can you upload a clearer copy? This one is super blurry and difficult to read. One thing I can tell you without even reading the content, you need to try to get it down to one page.

Why is it two pages? Cut all the fluff

like

Its a little blurry and you need to cut it down to 1 page. A resume should never be more than 1 page. Short and precise and to the point

like

Ok pro tip, imagine your resume is hot real-estate. Your paragraph needs to be eliminated bec it's taking the most valuable spot. Your skills should be apparent and showcased in you roles or certifications, never listed bec it gives off the vibe that you're using buzzwords to trigger the AI, aka recruiters tend to see little value when they come across this.
I also advocate for the Harvard formatting that you're already using, but based on what I can see... if you and I were doing a 1on1 session to fix this I'd encourage you to have three sections, and maybe a 4th but that's it:
•Education (always at the top when it's most recent)
•Experience (at the top if working full time/no longer a student)
•Certifications/Technical Skills
•Additional Data/Awards
Your resume should be able to function like a baseball card with your highlights and believable snapshots served up in a glance. Right now it's not presenting the way it could.

I would rework your summary paragraph to highlight those skills you are strongest in and have the most experience with. Leading with "6 months of experience" does not start you out on the right foot. What sort of roles are you targeting? I see quite a few different areas of expertise listed.

Yes, I agree that it's too blurry for me to try to get a sense of what kind of role you are targeting as it seems your experience is all over the place. I agree with trying to get it down to one page...maybe unbold the top paragraph and pare down your bulletpoint skillset into one simple sentence or paragraph. Hope these suggestions help!

Personally I wouldn’t have a summary at all. Especially if you include your LinkedIn. LinkedIn is the place to dump all your fluff; a CL should be streamlined as much as possible.

This is really difficult to read. However, you should definitely get this down to one page. Many recruiters won't even look at it if it is over a page.

I agree with others. Cut the fluff. Summary isn’t needed you can highlight the skill sets in the bullets below where you talk about various roles. That should condense it down to one page

Yeah main thing is to make it fit on one page

It’s very good

Every resume needs to pass the “So what?” test. That means every bullet needs to tell the reader the result/outcome of what you did:

Crunch some numbers? - I don’t care…so what?

But crunched numbers fast resulting in X reports completed per week, or resulting in more accurate whatever…then that piques my interest.

Made cold calls? I don’t care, but made cold calls resulting X% increase in sales etc - again that’s good and tells me what you’re achieved.

Don’t tell us the tasks you’ve done if they don’t result in some positive outcome that you can articulate. Otherwise I’ll read it and say “So what?” And quickly move onto the next resume.

So I say this with complete humility and an understanding that this is a fortunate-ish situation to be in. I’m in a position where I am tied to nothing, I have no children, spouse, or house. My job, which I’ve loved until some recent significant leadership changes, is sucking the life out of me and I think it may be time for a change. Because I am able to “pick up and go” I’m open to opportunities and locations. I’ve never worked with a recruiter but was hoping I could get some recommendations!

I am feeling lost in job. So I’ve applied for Accounts payable they offered 40k. I said why not to gain some experience. I didn’t even bother negotiating which I regret.
Fast forward I noticed that I was eventually handed everyone’s workload (AR & imports & duty and check coworker work + AP) Spoke to them about pay increase based on workload.
