Buddy they don't have projects , lot of them are short term projects < 6 months so you will be on bench multiple times, I would say don't worry about getting project in company Focus on leaving and getting out asap.
Rising Star
We told many times don't join many off our friends layoff in recent months.
Anyway u joined and finally landed.
Exams are tough..
If u don't clear the client round they start observing and may put in PIP as well last year it happened with one new joiner without project PIP as well.
So they are so brutal and can do anything so be aware of it.
Layoff is the tag line of Ltimintree hire and fire is the game of them.
So it's risk and full risk man.
Just read every day 5-7 hours study full and search outside.
If ask to leave will give 3 months full pay.. Don't wry
Try better organization
Very useful information buddy.. thanks a lot
Can this situation happen for sap role?
I recently got offered for sap at LTIMindtree. Is it that risky
I was about to accept offer from Ltimindtree in the month of Jan, after got to know there are no long term projects I declined their offer, thanks to community.
If anyone knows about the above queries please let me know
Start looking outside don't keep hope from here
For which skill?
You have 6 months of time to search project
I have been joined LTIMINDTREE ON 20 Nov till now i haven’t assigned to any project. I have just 10 days left on LTI. could you please help me to get into the project. My Tech stack is Java Full Stack Developer with react.
I am also hoping for that
I was about to join them, when I spoke to their employees they told one thing, all are short term projects like 3-6 months allocation then again bench unlike in Cognizant where the projects usually extend, they were offering me 30 percent, but after knowing the facts I declined their offer.
