Have worked in CTS and now in EY.
I would say go for IBM, oracle or EY coz these companies always score higher than service based companies like tcs, cts, infy or tech M. If you want to settle down and want a sedantry yet secure job, go for tcs. TCS, cts etc have lost all their hype and the good work culture. These days it's really hectic and will have bad work life balance.
EY will raise the brand value of your resume and career path. Work life balance can sway either way. There are days where u can log out at 8 hours dot. But there are also days when you have to spend like 12 hours working. Given that your career path is well defined and clear at EY.
IBM' s work culture is similar to EY's. They do have a better pay. But growth opportunities that EY provides is not guaranteed at IBM.
Oracle has the best work life balance in the lot. But compensation in certain levels isn't much as one would get at EY.
If you ask me, I would definitely go for EY.

Which one to choose between Optum and Tiger Analytics for Data Scientist position? Where can I expect better data science domain expertise (In my previous companies I found very less understanding of Data Science practices as team)? Heared good things about both of these. Also hearing Tiger is expanding rapidly and getting some crap projects as well in the name of data science. Could someone put light on these things?
