PWC is offering me 20 fixed for 6.6 Years Experience. I have my current CTC as 12.8( Including Variable pay and Gratuity). In PWC HR mentioned that u will get minimum 8% Variable Pay and that can go upto 20% based on your performance. Is that true what ever he mentioned about Variable Bonus also what will be the yearly hike in PWC. I have an offer with KPMG in Pipeline and how much can I ask in KPMG? Also which company should I prefer. PWC or KPMG? Domain : Salesforce.

I’m aware HR isn’t your friend . But is it wise to bring a discriminatory situation to them just to keep a paper trail ? I had a meeting with HR and they were not any help of course and very rude and negative . I made sure to write down everything discussed. I am currently serving my notice period at PwC AC. They had given out a retention bonus in march with the clause to return it in full if an employee leaves the firm any time before march 2023. Tax was deducted when the bonus was paid out but as per the HR the tax will not be adjusted when I pay back the entire amount.
