PWC is offering me 20 fixed for 6.6 Years Experience. I have my current CTC as 12.8( Including Variable pay and Gratuity). In PWC HR mentioned that u will get minimum 8% Variable Pay and that can go upto 20% based on your performance. Is that true what ever he mentioned about Variable Bonus also what will be the yearly hike in PWC. I have an offer with KPMG in Pipeline and how much can I ask in KPMG? Also which company should I prefer. PWC or KPMG? Domain : Salesforce.

Any advice for asking for almost a 30-35% raise. I recently got an Office Manager position and I wanted to renegotiate my pay. It's a brand new location with branches nationwide. So for a few months I had to do everything myself since I was the only one in the office at this location. I did extremely well and everyone's told me I've been doing a great job. The company has been telling me I'm going to change and get different responsibilities over time.

Recently lateraled from MM to BB as AS1. Fully understanding that getting base salary bump and no demotion is a fortunate case, I want to do well at the new shop. Any advice for AS laterals?

2. home base salary and have my expenses paid for

I know that's depends on the amount I have to travel (and potentially stay) but at the moment this is unknown. Past 8 months was just twice a month + 2 nights stay.

The only thing I know is it won't be every week, the return trian ticket is about £80-100, depends I could plan ahead.

The same usual bonus for EY India folks. Doesn't at all add up to the chest thumping we do as a practice during the town halls.
On top of this remote working ki naam pe bijli ka bill 10k per mahina aa rha hain. And the tech salaries pumping inflation in the economy. The same place which was available for a 35k is quoting 50k. I wish atleast the hike is inflation beating :/
