Not gonna lie, I’ll probably try this.

Hello fellow Fishes I have an offer from persistent. Need some clarity on same. I want to know the grade system in persistent. What does 7.1 mean? Is 7.1 a right fit for an total experience of 10+ years? What is the appropriate CTC for an architect designation? I want to know if I am getting it as per experience.

This should be a fun/challenging interview!
When i was interviewing for an apm role at my current company, the second round was with the director. We were scheduled for 45 min, the first 20 min he picked one project on my resume and asked me as many questions as possible. We went down every single rabbit hole of this project, leaving no room for me to bs. He even made up scenarios about that project to ask how i would do things differently. The last 20 min were then used for him to give me a scenario related to the companies product. Something like, we’re thinking about sunsetting X, should we or should we not? He left no stone unturned from a questions perspective.
In general, expect a director to be thorough so be concise and know your shit!
Thanks :) I got the APM position
