If you are planning for a career in forensics, then it is worth it in my opinion. I got it 10 years ago, so the training and test have changed since then. I think the MAFF training was better than CFF training back then, but I hear it has improved.
Make sure you get access to the FVS section if you do any dispute work (it's no longer included as part of the annual CFF dues). It has some good practice aids and content.
If you do dispute work, NACVA has some really good content for members and training too. Just FYI.
FWIW, it is harder to get than the CFE.... but what isn't?

Yes worth it. The AICPA study course is enough to pass the exam which is all multiple choice.
