Can anyone let me know what is the maximum CTC offered for 7 yoe level 9.

HR told me that it is capped at 22 LPA fixed across all locations and cannot go beyond that in any case for fixed part.

Note- This is only for fixed part

My new job occasionally requires me to review vendor agreements. I don’t have any background in this area and am trying to get up to speed. I am SAP HCM consultant having 4.10 years of experience. I feel that this module doesn’t have any growth. My first switch took me to 9LPA from 6LPA and now the second switch is being offered for 11.5LPA where I can see my fellow friends in SAP having more than 15LPA at the same experience on their second switch itself. Should I be worried about my skillset? Any insights would highly be appreciated. I feel stuck.
