Why did Toronto (or Canada?) change the exit signs from the classic red EXIT sign to the green running man? Wouldn’t it confuse more people especially elders in finding the exit?

Also isn’t it a waste of money for businesses to replace perfectly functional exit signs when renovating?

I don’t know about you, but this year, I want to get better at having a work/life balance. I love having the time in the summer to do things around the house, but struggle when the school year starts. I attended interview in hexaware on sep 24th and cleared all rounds I got a mail from HR to send documents on 29th sep after that no mail no calls.. it has been month.. usually how long hexaware take to release offer

Does anyone know if we can reimburse expenses for items listed in Wageworks while on maternity?

I know we cannot expense phone/internet/ commuter benefit as I am not actively doing work.

However, for other items that fall under wage works reimbursement, I couldn’t find anything in writing yet.

Sorry for stupid question. But what means sitecore project?

I have 8 years of work experience. Last 5 years of experience in sitecore development projects. Prior to that I was more into content management only. I feel I do not have enough experience in sitecore development for switching companies as sitecore is vast to cover all grounds. Can anyone please suggest what I should do to be more confident and prepare for interviews?

Does nagarro have sitecore projects? I hold an offer from nagarro but not sure if there are projects in pipeline. Considering recession please suggest if it would good to switch.
