How are appraisals at Razorpay? What's the average hike percentage? Can we ask for more ESOPS during the appraisal before vesting the current ESOPs?

Reasons not to join HCL ??
HCL Technologies offer being delayed and recruiter keeps saying that there's a problem with their "Offer release portal system." I have already stated my issues with relocating until after I have the offer signed and ready. The project is supposed to start on the 19th and I'm supposed to join before, or on that date. It's already coming up soon and I don't have the official offer so that I can confidently start the relocation process. Has anyone else recently dealt with this?

Hi,
May I know the process, it happened with me too.
HCL given laptop is in warranty for sure. But physical damage is not considered under warranty for employee, so contact HCL IT hardware team they will give a quote based on damage cost assessment and will be deducted from your FNF, as you're in notice period.
Then it would be cool. No need to pay.enjoy
Hello, i have the same exact problem. I accidentally broke my laptop’s screen today but when i checked on Lenovo website I found my laptop is under accidental warranty. Will HCL still charge me display amount??
