What should i go for TCS 9.5Lpa or Rategain 11.5 lpa

I have my annual review next week. Starting my 7th year at the current job. 13+ years in the field. But my current company is a nonprofit. They are great. But annual raise has always been 2%. So as a tenured SLP, I feel quite underpaid. But I honestly don’t know what is fair - especially for the region (Midwest) and in my speciality (pediatric outpatient rehab). Does anyone have any advise?

Question, if you pay off your house isn’t a 100k salary more than enough to sustain a good lifestyle? My goal has always been to payoff my mortgage then find a really easy analyst role to sustain my expenses. Assuming I’m a director/VP by the time my mortgage is paid off I’d probably be able to do an analyst 40hr week in like 10hrs. Esp at some of these low expectation companies. What do y’all think about this plan?

I was promised a promotion, then was told I wasn’t getting promoted, started applying to other places, fought for it and ended up getting promoted and a raise. I was just offered a job at another agency for $15k higher than the raise I just got. My mom was just diagnosed with cancer and was told to stop working so now I have to cover all of her expenses as well as mine and my husband’s (he’s back in school). Just graduated with Aerospace Engineering degree. I am interviewing for multiple positions at once with different companies. One gave me an offer and they want me to get back to them within 2 days. I still have other interviews scheduled and some for higher paying jobs (around 90k) What should I do?
I do like the company that gave me an offer but their base pay was 80k and they went up to 85k. Is asking for them to match the 90k too much? The position is associate systems engineer.

What’s the best way to turn down a 2nd interview? During the 1st interview, I learned that the compensation for the role is not within the range that I am looking for and requires 400 more billable hours a year than what I bill now. How would you handle not getting a lunch break when you are a salaried employee treating patients for 40 hours a week? I don’t get documentation time either, but all notes are to be completed the same day. Some of us have reached out to HR and we’re told to discuss it with the regional director, but the regional director says we’d have to come in early or leave late to block out a lunch break. My commute is an hour each way, so I’d prefer not to make my day any longer. Advice?

Read that McK is paying 2K higher than BCG this year which means BCG will probably raise again next year to at least match. However, they can’t just copy McK with 2K to match because that would look bad so they’ll have to beat it again. Then McK and Bain will follow. Barring a devastating recession, I’m guessing this means MBB is all getting raises again next year?

Received offer to exclusively work for a tenant and help them open new locations. $115k base 10% bonus & also stock options. Remote work, lots of driving, similar job title.
