Hi, I am a TCS employee with LBG on contract/ partner engagement basis. Can i apply for LTC requirements? Any TCS or LTC clause prevents me from applying and joining in LTC ? I guess other GCC got 1 year window for contractors to apply in LTC.

There is a 6 months cooling period so you can't directly join LTC from TCS so you have to come out of TCS lbg project and after 6 months you can join LTC

1. Is it possible to turn down a promotion at ZS? I'm currently happy with my responsibilities as a Decision Analytics Consultant and don't want any added responsibilities in the near future (next 5 years)

Hey guys ,
I was a fresher when i joined wipro
My manager has given me rating 1 in confirmatory appraisal on may 18 may which happened after completion of 1 year at wipro.
I raised the issue of rating with my manager immediately , he convinced me not to worry , ratings are already submitted , I asked him to resubmit cause i don't deserve rating 1
So he said he will look if that is possible but didn't changed .Now after 3 months they are pressurizing me to put a resignation,what should i do?
