Please suggest which areas to focus and which platform to use like Fiverr, Glassdoor, upwork, people per hour to get work. Also which country should I focus more upon.


Please also suggest that should I initially offer my work as a paralegal or a lawyer?

I am working on a project to built OKR and KPI software for performance prediction. The tool that helps companies track KPIs and predicts business performance using these KPIs. This does two things for the business 1) creates visibility around performance individuals, departments and business as a whole and 2) enables businesses to predict outcomes for the next month, quarter etc.

I am interested in is knowing, a) if companies track KPIs and how do they do it b) (to be continued in comment)

I had IVF process to get pregnant. During pre- embryo transfer we were told that girl embryo is being transferred. Currently I am 18 week pregnant. I had anatomy scan and we found out we are having a boy. Baby looked all healthy but due to gender discrepancy, We are asked to do additional testing and genetic disorder screening. Anyone had similar experience?
