I am currently working as a PayPal AWF/CW in contractor's payroll for the past 3 months. I heard many got converted from AWF to FTE. So what is the process for FTE conversion? My landlord will not work with me to end the lease early, so it looks like I will have to double up on rent and mortgage through the summer.
