I am interviewing for a Portfolio Reporting PMO role at EY. What could be the grade or salary range? Exp is 14 Yrs.

Hypothetically, if BBB was delayed and brought to the Senate floor next year (let's say February 2022) and passed, and the January 1st date for ending Roth conversions is left unchanged, what would happen to Americans who performed After-Tax 401k to Roth conversions in January? Would 401k custodians have to reverse the transactions and somehow factor in gains earned in users' Roth accounts since the conversion? Could there be penalties?

Any advice to focus? Need to get this deck to my lead by tomorrow morning but I can’t get motivated to start working on it.

But the HR is saying they can offer only 36% hike.

CCTC : 12 LPA fixed.

How should I proceed with this.

Is there any possibility to change the EY IN offered location after you join ?
Offered location is Chennai.

Please suggest if i can ask for a location change after a couple of quarters? Can I get a pune location?

Hi Everyone. I completed my 1 year in EY in October 2022. And in my profile, they have updated it to Senior Analyst now. But that was a progression that happens every year and I have not received the incremented salary.

Now that they are giving increments to everyone, will I receive both progression and increment or my progression will be counted as increment.
