Hi, I appeared for a Microsoft first round of interview which was coding. Was able to solve the problem. The hiring manager told me the Hr will reach out to me in a week . After 1.5 week I dropped a follow up mail to HR . She said they will get back to me by the end of this week. It’s been two weeks and haven’t got the response. My status in the career page is still in Interviewing phase. Can any help me understand what’s going on ?
