Would MBB firms ever pay for your MBA tuition if you got your MBA prior to joining? Like if you agreed to stay on for X number of years and they pay down your loans. Does that happen?

Moving from T2 to McKinsey. How do vacation requests work? Read that McK is paying 2K higher than BCG this year which means BCG will probably raise again next year to at least match. However, they can’t just copy McK with 2K to match because that would look bad so they’ll have to beat it again. Then McK and Bain will follow. Barring a devastating recession, I’m guessing this means MBB is all getting raises again next year?
